Our History

Demolition Services and Grading Inc. was formed in 2016 by 5 experienced Construction Professionals looking to start a new Union Construction Business of their own. The company started out small with just 10-15 employees. Though small each person has brought their own set of skills and experience in many areas of Construction to each and every project. Our projects range in size anywhere from $25k all the way up to $1.5 million. We've built great relationships along the way with many Contractors throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.  As we've grown, we've expanded our fleet of equipment from just one machine to many. We've also grown to now 22 employees. Allowing us to take on more projects of all different sizes. Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us as we continue to grow and expand. We hope to continue in this business for many years to come.
